Service Information: PLEASE READ
All reservations need to be made on-line to receive special shuttle rate.
CUT OFF DATE: the last date to make reservations will be midnight on Sunday, July 11, 2010.
COST: $40.00 per person plus tax, round trip, and $25.00 per person plus tax, one way. CANCELLATION POLICY: Regardless of reason and/or cause any service that is cancelled prior to the scheduled service date is subject to a minimum cancellation charge of $10.00 per airport transfer service. In addition, airport shuttle service that is canceled after midnight Sunday, July 11, 2010; is subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the total service cost.
ARRIVAL: Shuttles will depart Hopkins International Airport (baggage claim level, between doors 6 & 7) every hour. You will need to select the shuttle you will be on as we will send you a confirmation for the selected shuttle which you will use as your ticket to board.
DEPARTURE: Shuttles will depart Sawmill Creek every hour. You will need to select the shuttle you will be on as we will send you a confirmation for the selected shuttle which you will use as your ticket to board.
SHUTTLE TIMES: Shuttles will leave promptly on the scheduled times. You must be on your assigned shuttle, with your confirmation ticket. If for reasons beyond your control, you are not able to make your scheduled shuttle time, we will try to accomodate you on the very next shuttle, space permitting.
WALK-UP service: Any persons with out a reservation can walk-up at the airport to use the service, but it will be based on availability. Passengers with reservations will have preference. Walk-up passengers will pay the round trip fare of $60.00 in cash.
HOTELS: The primary hotel is the Sawmill Creek Resort.
